The real estate market in the Perrysburg Schools area is following the national market.
Inventories are low (-32.6%), to the frustration of home buyers, sales are held back (-24.5%) by that lack of available homes, and the average home price continues it's ascent (+9.6%).
2022 should bring some relief for home buyers. Interest rates are projected to continue the rise that started near the end of the year for mortgages. A somewhat questionable economy and national temperament may also have some influence.
The housing market for 2022 is expected to be good, but not crazy good like we've been experiencing.
As always, some homes take longer to sell than others but that can be accounted for by either too aggressive pricing, a poorly prepared home, or a weak marketing effort by the agent. There are plenty of buyers waiting for homes, it's the agents job to get their listings in front of the right buyers.
