Closing and Possession time is here! It looks like our hard work has paid off and you are about to realize your dream. The Title Company has scheduled the closing. There are lots of documents to be explained to you but it is done by a professional who is trained to help you understand everything. I recommend you have an attorney present, but the choice is yours to make.
After the closing comes possession. Sometimes it's at the close, other times it's a time period, typically 30 days, after close. I'll be there to make sure everything goes smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks. Congratulations!
