We have the clear to close! That means that all contingencies have been met, the mortgage lender has given their final approval of the loan, and the closing ceremony itself is being scheduled with the Title Company. Your last remaining duty, other than showing up at the closing(!) is to do your final walk through inspection. The video above gives you some tips and hints on how to make that effective.
