The market for real estate in the Perrysburg School District was what could be called a "Goldilocks" market - not too hot and not too cold.
Prices were up moderately at +3.2% over 2016 averaging $259,210.
A shortage of salable inventory, a decline of 10.8% from last year, led to an overall decline in total homes sold, which kept pressure on prices and caused the average home to spend less time on the market.
2018 looks to continue this trend as the economy continues to strengthen. We should expect rising prices and a sellers market.
