Market activity has been picking up in recent weeks! There's been more activity on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), more vistiors to the web site, more showings, and more agents buzzing around the office. It looks like we may be starting to kick out of the slower market we have been in! There are still plenty of good homes for sale, and interest rates for mortgages are still historically low. This equals a great opportunity for buyers out there in the Toledo area right now!
